Please read carefully:

If you are listening participant, that is, if you will formally participate in the event and wish to receive a certificate of participation, follow the steps immediately below.

If you are participating with oral presentation, that is, if you will formally participate in the event, present your work (research, dissertation, thesis, monographs, scientific articles, etc.) and receive a participant certificate with presentation of work, you should, firstly, submit the paper following the steps in "call for papers", accessible from the menu on the right. If you have already done this and received the approval of your oral presentation, you must register at the event, following the steps immediately below.

How to register and pay the registration fee

Step 1: you must select the registration type and, after, click on “register”

Step 2: On this page, you must fill the registration form. In the first box, select “Portuguese – Brazil” for language form. This selection does not mean that the system interface will turn into “Portuguese", neither that you have to submit the metadata in Portuguese. It just means that the main language of the event is the Portuguese, even if the event has simultaneous translation.

Important notes:

1) In order to register for this conference, you will need an account. If you already have one, click hereto log in; otherwise, fill in the information below in order to create a new account. If you are “work presenter”, you will already have your login and password. In this case, it is not necessary to fill the registration form, just click on the link indicted to make your login.

2) Otherwise, fill your information very carefully, indicating full name, e-mail and institution to which you are affiliated. This information will be used for the production of the certificate.

3) Important: do not write your information with capital letters (neither login or password). Keep the regular writing, using capital letters only on the initial letter of names (for the requested information).

4) The topic “Special requests” refers to people with special necessities during the event, particularly, disabled people that need a form of preferential treatment.

Step 3: Following this, you will have access to links for external payment, through PagSeguro (for Brazilians) and through PayPal (for foreigners). Select one of the indicated links on the topic “Registration Payment”. These links need to be opened in another tab of the navigator. In the newly opened page, follow the indicated procedures to effect the payment.

Important notes:

1) Copy and paste the link relative to your registration in another tab of you navigator and follow the payment instruction there exposed;

2) Another option is to click on the equivalent links indicated below:

1. Post-graduation Students Listeners
2. Post-graduation Students with Work Presentation
3. Teachers and Professionals Listeners
4. Teachers and Professionals with Work Presentation

Step 4: Concluded the process of registration payment in the external link on the other tab, return to the event page and click on “send payment notification”. There! Your registration is complete. In the following days you will receive an e-mail from the event organization confirming your registration payment. After clicking on “send payment notification”, click on “continue”. The system will redirect to the initial page of the event. In it you can see other information of the event, as well as periodic updates that can occur on the site. At the end, remember to logout of the system, on the menu on the right column, clicking on “log out”.

Important information for payment of registration fee using the external links:

The external links will lead you to the system payment of Faculdades EST. Unfortunately the language of the system is in Portuguese only. It is not difficult to follow the procedures though.

1) After clicking on the right category of your registration (post-graduation students, teachers and professionals, etc.) and opening the external link on the other tab, please click in the purple button named "realizar inscrição". [it means: "register"]

2) Then click on the new button that poped up, named "próximo passo: clique aqui para continuar sua inscrição" [it means: "next step: click here to continue your registration"]

3) You will see a structure like an e-commerce. Click on the purple button named "próximo passo: clique aqui para informar seus dados pessoais" [it means: "next step: click here to inform your personal data"]

4) Fill the form and select PayPal as the method of payment.

The mandatory data of the form are:

• Primeiro nome: First Name
• Sobrenome: Surname
• País: Country
• Endereço: Address
• Número: Address number
• Cidade: city
• CEP: ZIP Code
• Fone: Telephone numer
• E-mail
• Senha: Password for your Paypal account

5) Note that the system will notice if you already have a Paypal account. In that case, the system will ask you to log in.

6) In the next page, you must fill your credit card data.

Registration Types
